70.3 Triathlon Raises £730!

On the 1st of July RSPCA North Wilts own Katie North took on the challenge of the Holkham Half Ironman raising a brilliant £730 for the charity. The 70.3 mile triathlon included a 1.2 mile lake swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run, with 24 degree heat on the day adding to challenge! Katie who’s been part of our team since last July finished the race in 6hr 13, a brilliant result. We’d like to say a massive thank you to Katie and everyone who sponsored her.

Are you taking part in a sporting challenge this year? If so we invite you to partner with us and walk, jog, run, cycle or tri for RSPCA North Wilts! Our branch helps hundreds of animals in need each year, last year we spent over £12,000 on veterinary treatment alone. We rely heavily on charitable donations and the fundraising efforts of people like you to allow us to carry out the vital work we do bringing hope to the unfortunate animals in need of our care.

If you choose to partner with us and represent RSPCA North Wilts we will provide you with a fundraising pack which includes information about the charity, sponsorship cards and an RSPCA North Wilts t-shirt. We’ll also be sure to give you all the help and support we can in making your fundraising challenge a success. Get in touch with our fundraising team for more info by emailing
